Rental Payments
When you purchase a rental you'll receive one product and initiate repeat charges on your credit card. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these installments, for the minimum duration and until you provide notice to cancel and return your product.

If you want to cancel or change your rental, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Lost or stolen rental products
Products rented from babycity are the responsibility of the renter until they are received at the approprate returns location. In the event a rented product is lost or stolen payments will continue to be deducted until:

• the renter files a police report and provides the police file number to babycity®
• babycity® will assess the product and take into account the duration it has been on rent for then may request a payment from the renter to cover the cost of the lost product to a fair current market value
• the renter may have cause to claim for a lost or stolen product under their own home&contents insurance, babycity accept no responsibility for any insurance claims while the product is in the posession of the renter or in transit to being returned to babycity

Cancelling a rental plan
Our rental plans have a minimum duration of 6 months, and are then on a monthly auto-renewal basis.

To cancel a rental plan contact babycity with one months notice and once the rental product is returned and graded the payment plan will be cancelled.

Rental plans can not be cancelled within the first 6 months.

Delivery and return costs
The costs for delivery to and return from the renter are at the renters expense, delivery is added to the first payment and return costs are up to the renter. We recommend using a tracked courier service, babycity® accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged while in transit.

If the rental is started and returned to a phsyical store there is no cost.
