Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email from baby city.

You will also receive your tracking details from our nominated courier partner, Post Haste (or Mainfreight for larger bulky items).

They will keep you informed of your delivery from start to finish, and you can contact them to make any alterations to delivery times to suit you.

Once your parcel is with the courier company, they are the best source of information.
