Delivery times

We aim to despatch online orders within 5-7 working days. Please be advised, during times of high order volume (such as during a Flash sale) and public holidays this delivery period may take longer. This is subject to stock availability.

All orders are delivered by Post Haste, or Mainfreight for larger bulky items. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a Track & Trace number for your package. Follow the links provided.

Most deliveries are overnight from time of despatch, however rural deliveries require an extra 3-4 days.

Please note, babycity® does not deliver to the Chatham Islands, P.O. Boxes and private bags, it must be a physical address.

Delivery Costs

FREE DELIVERY for any orders over $150 when delivered within New Zealand*. 

$9 freight charge applies for any orders under $150 (unless otherwise stated or as part of any promotion) when delivered within New Zealand*

If an order is shipped from more than one store, the $9 charge will apply for each shipment.*

*This excludes the Chatham Islands, PO Boxes and private bags.

For specific Big and Bulky items (Most furniture, Nursing Chairs, Wooden Cots, Bassinets, a selection of buggies and car seats) a separate bulk item charge of $90 will apply, this will be displayed at the checkout.
In certain circumstances we may need to contact you and discuss freight options after your order has been placed, depending on your delivery location. For example remote and some rural areas require specialist delivery services which may carry a surcharge. Please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order so we can work out the best freight solution for you.
